With the iiQWorks.Sim simulation software, you can easily program your KUKA robots offline, without interrupting production. The software for simulation, offline programming and virtual commissioning enables rapid optimization of your processes – for maximum reliability and efficiency!

iiQWorks.Sim Basic: 3D configuration with intuitive drag-and-drop

With the free iiQWorks.Sim Basic and the operating system iiQKA.OS2, we provide everything you need to configure and deploy a KUKA robot. This includes the configuration of fieldbuses, mapping of I/Os, TechPackages, SafeOperations and much more. Peripheral components (e.g. conveyor belts) can be added and configured in the 3D scene, including their signals (e.g. connecting a light barrier at the end of the conveyor belt).

iiQWorks.Sim Advanced: Powerful simulation environment for digital twins

The license-based iiQWorks.Sim Advanced is the complete simulation environment for KUKA robots, and thus everything that is needed for virtual commissioning. Among other things, it ensures full Roundload capability between the real robot controller and the simulation. Add as many robots to the scene as your hardware performance allows. You also have the option of connecting them to VRC instances.

The iiQWorks.Sim Advanced licenses are based on an annual license model. Connect to a real robot controller, download the instance and modify it directly in iiQWorks.Sim Advanced. It also includes advanced online functionality that allows you to analyze and modify programs directly on the robot controller.

iiQWorks.OptionPackageEditor: Efficient management of option packages

iiQWorks.OptionPackageEditor is a software package for creating and managing option packages. It allows advanced users to create new user-specific option packages or to adapt existing packages so that they can also be used in iiQWorks.Sim and in the iiQKA.OS2 operating system. The KUKA.OptionPackageEditor is relevant for the Virtual Robot Controller (VRC) and Robot Controller (RC), for example.
